Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, with respect to the defendant DU, it shall be above 2 years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, from around 1999 to around 2005, he/she was in office as the president of the RA (hereinafter referred to as "Korean Cheongdo Institute"), the head of the RA from around 2005 to the head of the administrative bridge or vice president of the TA (hereinafter referred to as "CUA"), who is in China, in charge of the personnel affairs, financial affairs, etc. of the above educational institute and the above schools. DU is the father of WW who passed the special screening of Korean nationals residing abroad in the FJ University in 2012.

Qualifications for the children of the employees working abroad from among the special screening for Korean nationals residing abroad at the FJ University in 2012 shall be the children of the children of the foreign branch offices (including offices) certified by the foreign exchange bank as a domestic corporation (including offices) who attended the total three academic years in the middle and high school course in a foreign country, including one academic year in the middle and high school course, or who completed the 12-year course in the middle and high school course in a foreign country before February 29, 2012.

However, in collusion with the above co-defendant, the defendants shall be Incheon from February 2000 to February 2002.
