A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Basic Relations] B, from around 199 to around 199, is the president of D Private Teaching Institutes in China (hereinafter referred to as “D Private Teaching Institutes in China”), the administrative principal or vice principal of F Schools in China E from around 2005, and takes charge of the personnel affairs, financial affairs, etc. of the above private teaching institutes and the above schools, and takes charge of overall control over the affairs of the two floors in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, and the second floor in Seocho-gu, Seoul, as the representative director of J (hereinafter referred to as “J”) of the above private teaching institutes, and is called as the president or the president of the above private teaching institutes, and is a person who assumes the above F School principal.

From around 200, the Defendant: (a) from around 200 to around 200, from around 2005 to the above F School and the above J as an instructor of a personal driving school; (b) was named as the head or vice president of the above Chinese driving school; (c) was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months on July 12, 2013 at the Seoul Central District Court; and (d) on July 12, 2013, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

L is a person who from around 2001 to around the above Chinese private teaching institute, from around 2005, from the above F school and the above J as a son or an instructor of the private teaching institute, and is named as the vice president of the above Chinese private teaching institute.

M is N's father who passed the qualification for children of his overseas employees in the special screening of QU in the year 2012.

[2] The qualifications for the children of the employees working abroad from among the special screening conducted by Q University in the year 2012 for the re-foreign countries shall be the children of the children of the foreign branch office (including the administrative branch) certified by the foreign exchange bank as a domestic corporation, who attended the total three academic years during the course of the high school course in a foreign country (in succession, non-speed office) or the students who completed the 12-year educational course in the elementary, middle, and high school from among the elementary, middle, and high school before February 29, 2012.

However, in collusion with B, L, and M, the Defendant completed the second-year course of the Incheon R elementary school from February 200 to February 2002.
