1. Attached Table 2, Nos. 1 through 52, 55, and 57, the Defendants are the same Table to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Under the former Rental Housing Act (amended by Act No. 6167 of January 12, 200; hereinafter the same shall apply), the Korea National Housing Corporation (i.e., the Korea National Housing Corporation and the Korea Land Corporation were merged on October 1, 2009 and established by the Plaintiff; hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff, regardless of whether before or after the merger; hereinafter the same shall apply), which is a rental business operator, constructed E apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”) which is a public construction rental house on the land in optical-si C and D (hereinafter referred to as “the instant apartment”) on each contract date indicated in the attached Table 2 “Attachment 2” (hereinafter referred to as the “attached Table 2”), each original contractor listed in the attached Table 2 (“each original contractor of the instant case”), excluding Defendant A and B, as indicated in the attached Tables 53 and 54, and each of the relevant lease agreements (hereinafter referred to as the “Attachment 2”).

B. The main contents of each of the instant lease agreements are as follows.
