Punishment of the crime

A, at least 2,00 won in the domestic and foreign sports games, at least KRW 1,00,000, the overall manager, Defendant B, and Defendant C (participation from June 12, 2015) of “E,” which is an Internet illegal sports soil game site that can betting at a maximum of KRW 1,00,000, decided to receive KRW 20-2,500 per month at Defendant A’s request and share the duties of managing the site, including the duties of charging and exchanging the betting amount of members who access the above site.

By the end of 14.1, it was set up at F Housing in Thai City F, one computer, two Nowon-gu, and three monitors in Thailand, and then received money from members visiting the said site as illegal sports soil betting money, and then entered the corresponding points into the members' account using the manager's page, and let them participate in sports games, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and received a total of KRW 460,586,08 as the sports betting money (H) and refunded a total of KRW 385,472,130 as dividends to the members who correctly predicted the result.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide property or financial benefits to persons who win the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, even though they are not the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and the entrusted business entity, and opened gambling places for the purpose of profit-making.
