A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

(b).

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and the trustee, shall engage in any act of offering property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, and no person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and the trustee, shall open a space for gambling for profit;

In order to establish and operate a "F" site of a private sports earth, which imitates the "sports earth", which is the voting ticket sales website in accordance with the National Sports Promotion Act, within the Buddhist area, and the defendant set up one computer at the office located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and conspired in order to perform the role of recruiting members by advertising the above sports earth site on the Internet, on condition that he would receive 20% amount of money that his recruited members lose from gambling.

From October 2016 to October 2017, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd with, and received money from, an unspecified number of members according to the aforementioned division of roles, and deposited money in a game; and (b) caused members to predict the outcome of the sports game in Korea and abroad, such as the axis, or the result of the lottery by drawing “shotball” through the above sports earth site; and (c) caused members to play the games in advance; and (d) paid game money according to a certain dividend rate, and remitted it to the accounts of members exchanging money in cash.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the name-free winners, issued sports betting tickets or similar things and opened a space for gambling for the purpose of profit-making, at the same time, even though it is not an entrusted business entity or the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation.
