For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that each of the facts charged in the instant case against the victim E and F (excluding the part not guilty on the grounds of the judgment of the first instance) is recognized, and rejected the grounds of appeal concerning the mistake of facts that addresses the intent of deception and deception.

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations regarding the amount of fraud and intentional intent, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
