All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment as to Defendant A and B’s grounds of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court, based on its stated reasoning, determined that the instant facts charged (excluding the part that was judged not guilty in the original trial) was recognized, and rejected the grounds of appeal against mistake of facts by the said Defendants, did not err by exceeding the bounds of logical and empirical rules

2. According to the records on Defendant C’s appeal, the above Defendant did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
