Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person engaged in the business of driving B knife vehicles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

On March 16, 2013, at around 00:22, the Defendant driven the above van while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.210%, the Defendant driven the above van to the training police station from the side of the Namdong Industrial Complex, Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City 925 Salt field shooting.
