Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license from around 01:30, driving a cub car from around 6 km to the front road of the Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Namdong-dong from the front side of the Southerndong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
