If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:50 on May 6, 2012, the Defendant driven Cone Star Co., Ltd in the section of approximately 2.2 km from the front day of the Goyang-gu Goyang-gu Goyang-dong Hayang-dong Hayang-dong 23:00 on the same day to the front road of the same 925-dong Hayang-dong Hayang-dong 2.2km.
