A In six months of imprisonment, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2.5 million, Defendant C, D, and E, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

In order to encourage the use of mixed feed for the purpose of fostering the environment-friendly aquaculture industry, the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries implemented the "environment-friendly mixed feed support project" that provides subsidies to the National Treasury for farms that wish to use the mixed feed from 2 months to 100%.

1. On April 16, 2010, Defendant A presented documents as if he used eco-friendly mixed feed, as well as inter-Korean bio-dried mixed feed, at the Maritime Science Institute located in 130 as the unification of Sejong-si around April 16, 2010, when he applied for a subsidy for “environment-friendly mixed feed support program” as well as the environment-friendly mixed feed.

Around May 17, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 111,000,00 as a subsidy from the Institute of Marine and Fisheries Research.

In addition, from May 17, 2010 to October 25, 2011, the Defendant obtained the same money from the victim from the Republic of Korea as a false application, such as the list of crimes (1). At the same time, the Defendant received the sum of KRW 3,637,00 from the victim to the sum of KRW 3,6375,00.

2. On July 14, 201, Defendant B presented documents as if he used eco-friendly mixed feed, as well as inter-Korean bio-dried mixed feed, to the Institute of Marine Science and Technology, located in 130 as the unification of Sejong City, applying for subsidies for “environment-friendly mixed feed support program” as well as the environment-friendly mixed feed.

On July 29, 2011, the Defendant received KRW 205,000,00 as a subsidy from the Institute of Marine and Fisheries Research.

In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,1280,000 from July 29, 201 to December 27, 2012 by a false application as shown in the attached list of crimes.
