A as the president of I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “I”), a person in charge of the business affairs of the company is a person who actually manages the business affairs of the company. Defendant C is a person who is the representative of NF farming association, and Defendant D and Defendant E is a person in charge of the business affairs of the corporation. Defendant D and Defendant E is a person who operates each fish farm; Defendant F is a person who engages in the business of cultivating public water in the trade name of “O”; Defendant G is a person who engages in the business of cultivating public water in the trade name of “P”; Defendant A is a person who sells public water plant seeds, etc. in the trade name of “ Q”; Defendant H is a person who engages in the business of cultivating public water plant seeds, etc.; and Defendant I is a corporation established for the purpose of astronomical biological business
1. On June 2006, Defendant C had been selected as a subsidized project operator in the “2006 eco-friendly medicinal crop support project”, which was implemented by the victim interest groups for the purpose of fostering the eco-friendly medicinal crop cultivation industry as a specialized project in the military, and had the victim acquired subsidies by using the falsified data which was the most paid as if the cost of the project was not actually paid, as if the subsidized project was actually paid.
The above subsidized project is a project operator who cultivates medicinal crops using eco-friendly materials, and the total project cost is KRW 20 million, and the person selected as the subsidized project operator bears KRW 10 million and the victim pays KRW 10 million to the relevant project operator and implements the project, with the subsidy of the Gun, KRW 10 million which is 50% of the total project cost.

C Around September 8, 2006, after being selected as a subsidized project operator of the above subsidized project, Defendant A provided eco-friendly materials necessary for the implementation of the above subsidized project, and requested Defendant A to return the eco-friendly materials to Defendant C immediately upon receiving transfer of KRW 10 million of the funds to be paid to Defendant A.
