Revocation of Fraudulent Act

Donation of real estate to children in excess of debt constitutes a fraudulent act.

Article 30 of the National Tax Collection Act (Revocation of Fraudulent Act)

1. Revocation of a contract of gift made on June 30, 2006 with respect to real estate listed in the attached list of the defendant and non-party ○○○○○ on the attached list.

2. On July 3, 2006, the Defendant implemented the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed on July 3, 2006 by the Daegu District Court, Daegu District Court, as the resident support for the real estate indicated in the attached list, to Nonparty

3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

The same shall apply to the order.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
