1. The contract of donation concluded on June 16, 201 with the Defendant on the real estate stated in the separate sheet shall be revoked between the Defendant and the Park Pung-hee.

2. The Defendant shall implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed on June 17, 2016 by the Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch, and the registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed on June 17, 2016.

3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
