Revocation of Fraudulent Act

The transfer of real estate in the name of the representative director of the delinquent corporation under the delinquent state of national taxes constitutes a fraudulent act.

Article 30 of the National Tax Collection Act (Revocation of Fraudulent Act)

1. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet

A. The sales contract concluded on September 15, 2005 between the Defendant and the Dou-gu Agricultural Partnership shall be revoked.

나. 피고는 ●●●영농조합법인에게 대구지방법원 영주등기소 2005. 10. 25. 접수 제 ★★★호로 마친 각 소유권이전등기의 말소등기절차를 이행하라.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

The same shall apply to the order.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
