A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2013, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of a fine of three million won or more for larceny in the Incheon District Court on November 4, 2013 and was punished for larceny five times.

1. At around 11:40 on January 19, 2014, the Defendant habitually discovered that the five-story of the Diplomatic Association located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, was off the five-story room, and found that the victim E was out of the 1st basement to see vessels on the underground floor, and intruded into the said multi-purpose room, and brought about a deduction of 8,000 won in cash and 78,570 won in cash owned by the victim from the wall located in the said sular part.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.

2. At around 13:31 on September 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim G who was seated and was skeed in the old seat while coming to the kneecheon Station at around 15:14 on the same day; (b) discovered the victim’s card owned by the victim (H) and one payment of the market price in an unclaimed amounting to KRW 20,000 at the market price, including one stop knee of the victim’s knee and one stop 20,000.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.

1. Around 15:00 on October 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) went into the entrance door of the 1st floor that was habitually constructed in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, “J” in front of the 8th floor construction site of the building, and carried out one string for a man who is a verification-profecing male, consisting of the victim K’s cash 10,000 won in the receipt site and one copy of the BC card in Korea.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.

2. On October 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) at the convenience point of the victim M management “N” in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, and (b) at the cost of normal tobacco payments to the victim.
