Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, with respect to Defendant A, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in Seoul Southern District Court on 21 times on 2014, and 21 times the theft history is suspended for 6 months.

B was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on March 28, 2011, and the execution of sentence was terminated by special amnesty on January 31, 2013. 1.
