피고인은 2012. 1. 28. 10 : 30경 서울 양천구 ㅇㅇ동 ㅇㅇㅇ - ㅇㅇ ㅇㅇㅇㅇㅇ ㅇ 동 이ㅇㅇ호 자신의 주거지에서 인터넷 구글 ( www. google. co. kr ) 검색을 통하여 확보한 타인의 주민등록번호 등이 들어있는 파일을 컴퓨터에 보관하던 중, 자신의 인터넷 네이버 블로그 ( http : / / blog. naver. com / ㅇㅇㅇ ) 에 ' 주민번호 팝니다 ( 실제존재하는주번 ), 대량, 소량 가능 ' 이라는 제목으로 타인의 주민등록번호를 판매한다는 광고를 게재하고 위 광고를 보고 연락한 성명불상자 ( 네이버 아이디 ' ㅇㅇㅇㅇ ' ) 에게 별지 일람표에 기재된 총 1, 198명의 성명과 주민등록번호가 기재된 파일을 50, 000원을 받기로 하고 전송해 주어 영리의 목적으로 다른 사람의 주민등록번호에 관한 정보를 알려 주었다 .
