Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 6, 2013, at around 00:02, the Defendant taken a photograph of another person’s body that may cause a sense of sexual shame by photographing his own smartphone camera on the ground of a 22 seconds of the victim’s bridge, following a woman who suffered a short mar in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sari-dong 144-4, wherein the name on the escalator was unknown, and then taken against his/her will, the victim’s body that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation.
2. At around 00:06 on the same day, the Defendant taken pictures against his will another person’s body by photographing 10 seconds of his smartphone cameras under a bridge after the female, who suffered from fluench fluscin fluor in this waters, and by photographing 10 seconds of the victim’s bridge, which might cause sexual humiliation.
3. At around 00:15 on the same day, the Defendant taken pictures against his will another person’s body, which might cause a sense of sexual shame, by photographing his own smartphone camera on the ground of the victim B (n, 29 years old), who was suffering from shorter fright, on the ground of the victim B (n, the 29 years old), and on the ground of approximately 42 seconds of the victim’s bridge.
