(2) The defendants' claims against the defendants shall be accepted by the court of first instance, and the judgment of the court of first instance shall be justified with the same conclusion. Thus, the defendants' appeals shall be dismissed as they are without merit, and the "5,651 won" in Paragraph (2) of the decision of the court of first instance shall be corrected as "5,674,723 won" as it is obvious that the defendants' appeals are erroneous or erroneous, and it shall be corrected as "5,674,723 won."
