The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: "47 million won" in Part 3 of the judgment of the court of first instance in Part 16, "47 million won" in Part 3, "40.7 million won" in Part 5 of the judgment of the court of first instance; "L which is an attorney of the court of first instance" in Part 4, "No. 103" in Part 8, "No. 1104", and "No. 8" in Part 8, "No. 1104", and the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for the case where additional statement of No. 8 is rejected.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
