Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, on October 2014, in the course of gambling by Defendant B, C, D, etc., and by using 52 card cards, he/she was aware of the success of the gambling party in the gambling in advance, and he/she was willing to commit fraud by deceiving money from the participants in the gambling by means of breaking it out in the gambling.

Defendant A was informed of the other party’s gate and received KRW 4 million from the victim H during the above period by deceiving the victims by consecutive winning the other party’s gate in gambling, and received KRW 7 million from the victim I (the amount of agreement received from each victim from the Defendants).
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to the victims.
