Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon prison on June 28, 2015.

1. Fraud or interference with business activities on November 22, 2017;
A. On November 22, 2017, at around 02:19, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime at the main point of “D” of the Victim C’s Operation in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, as if he did not have an intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders alcoholic beverages, etc.; (b) by deceiving the victim; and (c) by deceiving the victim, he/she acquired alcoholic beverages and eggs equivalent to KRW 60,00 from the victim.
B. The Defendant, at the above date, at the same time and place, obstructed the victim’s main store business by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour, such as requiring the payment of the alcohol value from the injured person to “a report to the police.” and taking a bath to the police.
2. Fraud or interference with business activities on February 18, 2018;
A. On February 18, 2018, around 19:37, the Defendant: (a) committed the fact at the “G’s main point of the Victim F’s Operation “G” located in Geumcheon-gu, Busan, even if having ordered alcoholic beverages, etc., as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; (b) by deceiving the victim; and (c) by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim from the victim, the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages of 20,000 won
