In light of the records, although there is an inappropriate part in the reasoning of the judgment of the court below, the conclusion of the court below ordering cancellation of the provisional registration of this case and the principal registration of this case on the ground that all of the provisional registration of this case were invalid registration is just, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misunderstanding

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
