A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells meat in the name of “C” in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

No person shall sell livestock products, the expiration date marked on the relevant livestock products, or store them for sale.

Nevertheless, on May 3, 2019, the Defendant kept 96.052 km in the cooling room of the said Livestock Products Center for the purpose of selling 6.5 km, the distribution period of which is indicated as of April 26, 2019, including 6.5 km, 14.2 km, 11.9 km, 4.7 km, 13 km of the front bridge, 14.352 km, and 16.052 km of the said Livestock Products Center.

The period of circulation, the number of days and the amount of storage of this case, and other defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and result of the crime, circumstances after the crime, and other various conditions of sentencing as shown in the argument of this case shall be determined as ordered by taking into account.
