Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a livestock product dealer under the trade name of “D” in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

No livestock product dealer shall sell livestock products, the expiration date marked on the relevant livestock products, or process, pack, store, transport, etc. such products for sale.

Nevertheless, around August 4, 2016, the Defendant kept 26 km totaling 10 km meat (up to April 21, 2016) and 16 km meat (up to March 5, 2016) for the purpose of selling the said “D” freezing on August 4, 2016.
