Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) No livestock product, the expiration date indicated on the relevant livestock product, shall be sold or stored for sale;
Nevertheless, at around 15:30 on April 24, 2014, the Defendant kept 65 Spanish cocopis (14kgs per 14kg), the distribution period of which is indicated as of January 15, 2013, from the “Frop points” operated by the Defendant in the Geum-gu, Busan.
(b) When a meat sales business operator stores and sells meat, he/she shall indicate the kinds, names of parts, grades, name of slaughterhouses, date of packing, period of circulation, method of storage, etc. of the meat;
Nevertheless, during the period from June 26, 2009 to March 18, 2014, the Defendant purchased, dismantled, and cut pigs from F-type G HF No. 5, G G, from the F-type point of view, and sold a total of KRW 513,630,000 in total over 138 times in total at the L restaurant located in Suwon-gu, Busan, which is operated by J without the aforementioned indication.

3. Defendant C
