A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On June 23, 2018, around 11:51, the Defendant, at a school located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, with one hybrid bicycle in the amount of KRW 200,000 at the victim D’s market price that was set up and expected to be set up on the wall, was stolen.

B. Around 14:00 on June 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of one bicycle on the victim G-owned market value equivalent to KRW 330,000 on the first floor of the “FPC bank” commercial building in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; and (b) caused a theft of one bicycle at the time of traffic exceeding 330,000 won.

C. On September 22, 2018, around 21:43, the Defendant, at the first floor of the Daejeon I Center located in the Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, took the line of a credit cooperative in which the employee in charge was exposed to the gap, and took a theft of KRW 80,000 in cash owned by the victim J within the credit cooperative.

2. On July 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on July 9, 2018, at a school administered by the Victim K in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, opened a cover door and intrudes into three-story waiting rooms via stairs.

In addition, the Defendant, who was installed in the rest room, put his hand in the cresh of two lockers of drinking water-saving machine, and then was punished, opened a board by putting it in the showle spaths, and 900 won in cash, which was owned by the victim, was stolen.

3. On August 23, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 05:09, at the Mazacker L, located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, the part of the locks of timber safe owned by the victim N in its display stand-up; and (b) took cash in that part; (c) however, the Defendant failed to lock the lock section.

1. Special larceny;

A. On November 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the “I Center” managed by the Victim J in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu on November 22, 2018; and (b) at the 1st floor entrance door installed at the entrance of the vehicle walking along with hand, removed and destroyed it; and (c) intruded into it.
