A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant thought that he had a copy of the driver's license of the workplace Dong C with the credit card issued in his name.
1. On May 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) signed the “C” in the form of a “application for a registration of a member of a cards”, which was kept at the store store located at the store store in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) written “C” in the name column, “D” in the name column, “D”, and “D” in the name column, “B02 of Dobong-gu E-gu,” “National Bank” in the settlement bank column, “F” in the account number column, and “C” in the applicant’s name.

3. Fraud;
A. The Defendant submitted one copy of the “application for membership of a lot card” to the victim shot Card Co., Ltd. as stated in paragraph (1) at the date and place mentioned in paragraph (2).
However, in fact, the “application for membership of a card” was forged in the above C name as stated in paragraph (1).
around May 9, 2013, the Defendant received one lot card issued by the victim under the above C’s name from the Seoul Dobong-gu E building B02.
B. On June 22, 2013, the Defendant purchased goods at the victim Samju National Marart oil store located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 450, and paid KRW 11,830 by presenting the said lot card to the above employee as if he was his card and signing the sales slip received from the said employee and delivering it again to the said employee.
