Defendants are not guilty.

The summary of the facts charged in this case is as follows: Defendant A’s criminal defendant has been promoted from February 2, 199 to “the chief of business, operating directors, executive directors, managing directors, senior managing directors, and vice president of C Co., Ltd.” from October 27, 2017 to “the chief of the headquarters of the headquarters”) and has overall control over the business of factory automation facilities, including adjustment of delivery date, customer company name, etc.

The defendant, in the course of performing the above services, induces fair competition among special agreement agencies, and regardless of the pretext in relation to the above services, he shall not accept any money or valuables provided by interested parties, such as special agreement agencies, and he has received it inevitably, despite the fact that there is a duty to report it, he has received money from some special agreement agencies in exchange for illegal solicitation.

D) From the beginning of November 2003, the Defendant received cash or gift certificates for 14 times in total, or received KRW 36.5 million in total by receiving a cash transfer from the beginning of April 2017, 2017, as described in the No. 1-14 of the annexed Crime List No. 1, from the beginning of Seoul, from the representative E of D (the State), who is a special agreement agency, to the effect that he received various conveniences, such as “special goods provision, adjustment of delivery date, and appointment of customers,” etc., from the representative E of D (the State), who is a special agreement agency.

As a result, the defendant acquired property in return for an illegal solicitation by a person who administers another's business.

On May 28, 2015, the Defendant received a cash of KRW 1 million from the F in return for an illegal solicitation from the vice president I of the H golf course located in the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, to the effect that he/she received various conveniences, such as “special cost provision, supply date adjustment, and transaction selection,” from the vice president I of the F in the K golf course, which is a special agency, at the time of the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, and that he/she received cash of KRW 1 million from that time.
