A, from April 2014 to December 2017, as the regular director of the headquarters for production and operation of headquarters for management of facilities of headquarters for management of facilities, a subordinate department, has been in charge of setting bid prices for various construction works ordered by the facility management team, machinery department, entire system, equipment department, etc., and the overall management and supervision of the contractor.

A. On September 11, 2015, the Defendant received entertainment, such as money and valuables worth KRW 15,45,000 in total, 16 times from September 19, 2017, including receipt of KRW 10,00,00, in total, from around 16 times, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (1), in a cafeteria-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Busan-si, with an implied solicitation of construction management and supervision, and various conveniences in future contracts for construction.

As a result, the defendant acquired property or financial benefits in return for an illegal solicitation in relation to his duties while handling another's business.

B. Around September 15, 2015, the Defendant received entertainment, such as money and valuables worth KRW 27,241,000, in total 24 times, from September 28, 2017, as shown in attached Table 24, from around September 28, 2017, in a Ulsan-gu G G, Ulsan-gu G, “H” restaurant, where C received various conveniences in the construction supervision and management of the company in question, as well as in the future construction order.

As a result, the defendant is in receipt of an illegal solicitation in relation to his duties while handling another's affairs.
