Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.
However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant
A is the trade name of "E" at the Busan So-gu Doo-gu D D, the trade name of "F", and the victim G is a person who operates each sidewalk with the trade name of "H", and is in a mutual competitive relationship.
1. Defendant A, who operated a press room in the same region as the victim B and G, maintained a mutually-friendly relationship with each other in the same region as that of the victim A and the number of local news reports increases, and competition in the press room has been heated, and the victims’ relationship with the victims has deteriorated due to the problems that concern female visitors who belong to other news media, and thus, the victims’ complaint against the ordinary victims has been raised.

B. On the same day as above 07:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) discovered a car of the victim B (40 years old) who had a good appraisal inside a usual sense on the front of the Gu of the “J” Party at around 07:00; (b) and (c) was seated by the victim who was seated towards the driver’s seat.
