1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

2. Defendant B

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. Special injury on September 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around September 21, 2015; and (b) special damage: (c) around September 21, 2015, at the F Party in the operation of the Victim E in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-do, the Defendant: (a) francing the victim’s neck by her hand; (b) francing the victim’s face by her hand; (c) 2 times the victim’s face by drinking; (d) her body parts and her parts of the victim’s body, which are dangerous objects, brought about injury to the victim, such as the mouth of the bones, etc. of the bones, which requires the right-hand treatment for about six weeks; and (e) continuously damaged the victim by displaying one computer and the curcing of the said party-gu, as the foregoing, and then damaged the victim’s body parts and her parts.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim B, and carried dangerous objects and damaged the property owned by the victim E.

B. From September 21, 2015 to around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) took care of the victim H (S) located in Gwangju-si in Gwangju-si from the first week of the operation of the victim H (S) located in Gwangju-si; (b) took care of the victim H for about one hour; and (c) created a fluence atmosphere, such as marchinging, etc.; and (d) made them leave the above main points.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the business of the injured party's main points by force.

On October 11, 2015, the Defendant suffered special injury, damage to property, etc. on or around October 11, 2015: (a) around 00:01 on October 11, 2015, on the part of the victim J (50 years of age, south) from the main station of I, the Defendant: (b) extracted steel agents, etc. (e.g., dangerous articles attached to the front pents of the said main office (e., 9cm in width, 8cm in length, 16cm in height, 16cm in height) from the victim’s face on several occasions; and (c) damaged the said iron-frame system, etc. equivalent to about 70,00 won in the market price of the victim H-owned.

2. The defendant B shall enter the date and time set forth in paragraph (1).
