[Basic Facts] Defendant C is the chairman of the Standing Committee of the U.S. election campaign office of the F branch of the J, who was going to the candidate for the F branch of the F branch of the Party E in the election of the 21st National Assembly member of the National Assembly on April 15, 2020, and Defendant C is the person who was the chairman of the F branch of the F branch of the F branch of the said J branch of the Eup/Myeon/Dong in the above J branch of the Eup/Myeon.

Around the end of each Eup/Myeon Council, including Defendant D, instructed election campaignmen belonging to each Eup/Myeon Council, including Defendant D, to provide a vehicle for residents of the constituency, stating that “The cooperation would be made by deceiving those who have no vehicle from among residents of the village at the advance polling day to take on the voting place.” On the other hand, the election campaign is to give rise to the N of the voting site.

The term “the election campaign” means that a constituency resident who is provided with a vehicle instructs him/her to carry out an election campaign to vote.

D) On March 2020, immediately after attending the above meeting, Defendant A called “the phone is called as “the phone without a vehicle on the advance polling day.”

Accordingly, Defendant A, and B found the elector, P, and the elector residing in the South M village on April 9, 2020 before QJ, and said, “A” means “A motor vehicle in the inside of QJ is called as a place of voting and getting on board it.” Defendant A asked for support to J while speaking for the same purport to the elector residing in the above village, R, S, T, and U, and Defendant B calls to Defendant D to contact with one another.

“The vehicle was asked to provide the vehicle.”

Accordingly, Defendant A and B are the above elections.
