Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Gohap 151"
1. No person shall provide any money or goods in connection with the election campaign regardless of the pretext, such as allowances, actual expenses, compensation for volunteers, etc.;
Nevertheless, at around 16:05 on May 31, 2018, the Defendant provided D with a cash of KRW 600,000,000, to D on the side of the road, stating to the effect that “The Defendant had a legitimate appearance in the court on the EF head candidate at 11:0 per day because there are no new rural communities, and there are many times due to a lack of rural communities, the Defendant used the oil value of the son, and the remainder is the share of Ra, H, I, J, K, L, or M.”
Accordingly, the defendant provided money and valuables in relation to the election campaign for F party F candidate E in the 7th local election G party election.

2. The Defendants’ joint crime - No person who establishes a similar organization for election campaign - shall newly establish or establish, on behalf of a candidate or a person who intends to become a candidate, a supporters’ association, supporters’ association, research institute, counseling center, resting place, or any other similar institution, organization, or facility, regardless of the name of the election promotion committee, supporters’ association, research institute, counseling center, resting place, or others.
