Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.059%, driven B 500 meters away from the street in the vicinity of the Gonam-dong Central Station of the Gyeonggisan-si to the center of the same Sinsan-gu, the Defendant driven the B Poter freight at approximately 1056 meters in front of the terminal shooting distance.
