A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers in the military.

The Defendant, on November 21, 2019, committed assault against the Victim G (Nam and 50 years of age) at around 02:40 on November 21, 2019, at the right angle of the first point located in H in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, 19, her hand over the victim’s her hand, and her hand back with her hand while taking a bath.
