A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a labor union member of the C Trade Union D branch, worked in the Ulsan 4 Factory Quality Control4 Division E, and was working as a Ulsan 4 factory representative from the end of September 2012 to December 12, 2013.

1.
