Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2019, at around 22:53, the Defendant: (a) laid a cell phone in the sick room and laid down one Samsung mobile phone (A8), the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 649,00,00, in order for the victim D (the age of 62) to take the toilet from the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, to drive the toilet.
