Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 01:06, at the “C” restaurant located in Daejeon Pungdong-gu B, the victim D, who along with meals, laid off 400,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, located in the toilet, and stolen the gaps between them.
