[Defendant A] The sentence against the defendant shall be imposed one year of imprisonment.
Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than a defendant A-ma society, shall engage in any activity similar to a riding vote, in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society, in paying property or financial benefits to the enemy;
From January 22, 2016 to February 13, 2016, the Defendant received the FMobur 103 in Nam-gu, Gwangju from his or her own name, and recruited its members, and received the Do money from them to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (351-08-4998-33) in the name of the distribution of spring water (351-08-4998-33), and provided its members with cyber money equivalent to 13.2 million won in total as shown in the annexed crime list, and provided its members with cyber money equivalent to 13.2 million won in total as in the annexed crime list, and provided its members with the betting money in the same manner as the racing held in the actual race track, and provided its members with the dividend in accordance with the dividend rate, and operated the horse race track by the method of the Defendant.

2. 13.2 million won deposited and paid cyber money equivalent to the amount.
