1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. From September 2012, the Plaintiff has been serving as the president of the “D Child Care Center” affiliated with Pyeongtaek-si B (hereinafter “instant Child Care Center”).
B. From March 2, 2014 to October 17, 2016, E served as an infant care teacher at the pertinent childcare center. From February 2, 2016 to October 2016, E abused children by committing each of the crimes against three women under his/her own instruction at the second floor toilets of the instant childcare center from around February 2, 2016 (i.e., violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (i.e., a minor under the age of 13), and violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (i.e., indecent acts by force against minors under the age of 13).
Details of the crime of this case committed by E are as follows.

A. On February 16, 2016, around 10:59, the crime E against the victim F was committed in the second floor toilets of the Child Care Center in this case, and the victim F (F, 5 years old) was committed, and the victim’s sexual organ was placed in the victim’s entrance as soon as possible, and thereafter, the crime was committed against the victim F.
5. By the end of 19.1, the victim entered the victim's injury not later than seven times in total and as soon as possible.
As a result, E performed similarity to minor victims under 13 years of age.
B. On August 2016, 2016, E with a minor similar act under the age of 13: (a) at the second floor toilet of the Child Care Center of this case; (b) on the second floor of the Child Care Center of this case; (c) at the victim G (n'tle to 6 years of age) “A”, and (d) as soon as he puts his sexual organ into the victim’s entrance. Accordingly, E engaged in similarity to the victim who is a minor under the age of 13. (b) on September 13, 2016.
