Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;
A. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim C: (a) around 00:00 in the middle of October 2013, 2013, the Defendant opened and intruded into a gate that was not set up for the purpose of thefting the owner’s house storage at the victim’s house; and (b) owned by the victim, at the same place at around 00:00, around July 2014, the Defendant owned the amount equivalent to KRW 6,000 in the market price of the 2 disease owned by the victim at the same place; (c) around 00:00 in the order of August 20, 2014 at the same place as the victim’s house at around 6,000, the market price of the 2 disease owned by the victim; and (d) owned the 6,000 won in the same manner at around 00:00 in the same place as the victim’s house at around August 20, 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night over four times.
B. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim E at around 02:0 on April 2014, and around 02:00, the Defendant opened and intruded into a mountain gate that was in the air conditioners located outside the air conditioners, with an amount equivalent to KRW 9,00,00 of the market price of the small 3 disease owners in the air conditioners located outside the air conditioners, which were in possession of the victim, at the same place as the victim’s in the same manner at around 00:0 on May 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night over two times.
C. On August 28, 2014, around 22:10 on August 28, 2014, the Defendant invadedd the victim H by the air conditioning station with the aim of cutting down hydrogen and call from the air conditioning station to the air conditioning station, and carried out 6,00 won of the market price of the small 2 disease in the air conditioning station, and 1,000 won of the market price of the gas conditioning station.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the victim's structure at night.
