Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2015, from around 21:30 to 22:00, the Defendant got on board the bus of the victim B, who was operated as the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu bus center at the bus stops located in the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a view to 35 white offenders, and was unable to avoid disturbance, such as 2 times the shoulder of the passenger D, knife other passengers, and knife them with a great interest.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's bus driving service by force.
