Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed during March 2018, 2018, on board D’s bus in front of the bus stops located in Jinju-si B, Jinju-si in March 2018, the Defendant was able to use the victim E (tentative name, 12 years old) who was seated in front of the lower door of the bus, discovered the victim E who was seated in front of the lower end of the bus, and was able to commit an indecent act against the victim at the bus stops in front of the F Hospital, and was able to use the victim’s left hand from the bus stops before the F Hospital to the lower part of the lower part of the bus.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

2. Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

On May 14, 2018, around 07:30 on May 14, 2018, the Defendant was on board the bus in the same manner as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the same paragraph, and the Defendant found the victim E who was seated in the middle part of the bus and fright to commit an indecent act against the victim during the bus stop in front of the F Hospital, and fright to the victim while getting off the bus at the bus stops before the F Hospital, and fright to use the victim’s left breast part of the bus lower with his left hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

4. On May 15, 2018, the Defendant was on board the city bus at around 07:30 on May 15, 2018, with the same method as that of paragraph (1) of the same Article, and the Defendant was able to discover the victim E who was seated front of the lower door of the bus and to commit an indecent act against the victim at the bus stops in front of the F Hospital, while the Defendant was able to use the victim’s hand from the bus to the lower part of the chest through the bus stops.
