1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver a general restaurant of 96.48 square meters in the buildings listed in the attached list;
(b) January 2014;
Reasons
1. On October 18, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the order to the Defendant with a lease deposit amounting to KRW 5 million; (b) KRW 550,000,000 per month; and (c) two years with a lease term fixed; (c) since the lease contract was terminated because it did not pay a rent after December 2, 2013, the Plaintiff demanded the delivery of the said building; and (d) the return of unjust enrichment for rent and rent.
