1. The defendant

(a) deliver one story 161.6 square meters of buildings listed in the attached list;

B. From March 15, 2019, the same shall apply.

1. On January 15, 2019, the Plaintiff leased the instant lease contract to the Defendant on a fixed basis as KRW 10 million, KRW 900,000,000 per month of rent, and KRW 900,000 from January 15, 2019 to January 14, 2021. The Defendant merely paid KRW 90,000,000 on the ground of the rent delay, without paying the rent, and sought unjust enrichment on the basis of the delivery and the instant building from the date of delivery to the date of delivery (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) by public notice under the applicable legal provisions (Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
