Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has driven B Kazon-knife.

On May 8, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes driving the upper car of the upper car engine around 21:10 minutes, and driving the front road of the fourth road in the southyang-si C, and driving around about 30-40km/h speed from the purchase side to the downtown.

By negligence like Paragraph 1, the repair cost, such as the replacement of the victim's driver's dyke driver, was destroyed to the extent of KRW 1,730,914, and the victim's driver's dyke driver failed to immediately stop and check the degree of damage, and escape.
