A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:50 on August 25, 2013, the Defendant, a person engaging in driving CEX car, driven the above X-ray car at around 30 to 40 km in speed on the two-lane road at the front of the entrance of Jinyang-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, at about 45-8, protruding-do.
