A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From Jun. 2, 2016 to Apr. 15:00, the Defendant: (a) opened the first-story female toilet in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the first-story female toilet in the Masan-si, in which a victim with no name (neep) was entered; and (b) opened the Defendant’s smartphone (6S in galle, in galle) into the partitionss below the partitions; and (c) taken the body of the 16 victims, who may cause sexual humiliation or shame using a mechanical device with a camera function, which is capable of photographing the victim’s melting the balle by photographing the balle function of a smartphone, against their will.

2. From around March 13, 2016 to May 11, 200, the Defendant: (a) entered the first floor toilets of the E Reading Center in Changwon Masipo-si D in the Masipo-si, the first floor of the E Reading Center; (b) made the Defendant’s smartphone (6S in galtho-gu) in the partitions, in which the Defendant’s smartphone (6S in galtho-gu) was placed in the partitions, and taken the body of 30 victims, who may cause sexual humiliation or shames against their will, using a mechanical device with a visual function, which is capable of photographing the body of the victim by photographing the galthro by using the camera function of a smartphone, and taking the body of 30 victims, who may cause sexual humiliation or humiliation.

3. On May 20, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:20 on May 20, 2017, entered the victim F (names, 20 years of age) side partitions into the front screen, wherein the Defendant’s smartphone (6S in galth, in galthom) was placed in the following cres, and taken the victim’s body against his/her will, using a mechanical device equipped with a camera function, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame by photographing the shape of the victim’s galthm by photographing the galthm by using a camera function of a smartphone, and taking the body of the victim, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame.
